Please gather the following documents to support your Application:
  1. Copy of each Applicant's Driver's License or Picture ID.
  2. Copy of Housing Voucher (Section 8 Applicants only).
  3. Proof of Income (latest 2 Pay Stubs, W-2, Income Tax Return,Benefits Award Letter, etc.) for each Applicant.
  4. Copy of Recent Utility (Water, Electricity, etc) or Celular Telephone bill.
  5. Copy of Current Lease or latest Rent Receipt (If paid by direct deposit, copy of Bank Statement showing the last Rent payment).

Tenant Qualification Requirements

  1. Combined Monthly Income from all Adult Occupants equal to 3 times the asked Rent.
  2. Good prior Landlords'references.
  3. No Evictions, Civil Judgements for failing to pay rent when due, Financial Crimes or Major Crimes.

I authorize Landlord to perform a credit check and a background check. I consent to the release of information by others relating to my credit and the information provided in this application.
